i love the bed!! the bed is too comfy! the staff send me a big mirror but the receptionist informed me that i need to take by myself. so i love the service!

This is my second time staying here. I love the surrounding. Quiet and peace. Easy to locate but you have to search SK Bandar Utama instead searching by the hotel's name. Lots of car park space.

The room gets a lot of light and the parking is free. These 2 facts were the highlight for us. It's also easy to get to the hotel from parking.

1️⃣ Friendly staff that will guide you on how to use the self-service machine when you check in + nice Indian aunty who patiently explain to me about the parking situation (she's really made my day despite the fact I'm super tired) 2️⃣ The room was exceptional! Soundproofing's quite good and the facilities were all good! 3️⃣ The have (I could say) lots of parking spaces because even I went back to the hotel quite late at night, still get some spaces left 4️⃣ Want calm and relax places? here it is cuz the hotel situated a bit far from the busy road Would definitely pick the hotel again in the future

Everything is in good condition and acceptable! Even the facilities looks like old and not proper maintenance. Overall, it is perfect for me even they provide parking and easier way to self-check in.

-Location was good. -Price was quite cheap for 3 nights -My room was immediately changed once I complained of the lock not functioning.

The mattress is comfy, and the air-conditioning is cold. There were room slippers provided during the stay.

the room is big and spacious, very comfortable to perform my prayer. thank you! the bed is very big, my sister and i love it. eventho we could hear noises of luggage and people passing infront of our room, because we were so tired so it was kinda okay.
